Marketplace Vendors Policy
This comprehensive policy outlines the strict operational standards, obligations, and financial agreements between LocoShop and all partnered local businesses (Vendors).
1. Quality Assurance and Compliance
Vendors maintain sole legal and ethical responsibility for their inventory. All products listed on LocoShop must be authentic, legally permissible, unexpired, and stored in compliance with local municipal health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Misrepresentation of products will result in immediate delisting.
2. Operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Order Acceptance: Vendors must accept or reject incoming orders within the stipulated platform timeframe to ensure a fast hyper-local experience.
- Fulfillment: Items must be securely packaged and handed over to the delivery partner accurately matching the digital invoice. Frequent delays, missing items, or high rejection rates will result in algorithmic deprioritization or temporary store suspension.
3. Financial Settlements, Commissions, and Routing
- Commission Structure: LocoShop deducts a pre-agreed platform commission percentage from the total value of each successful order.
- Automated Payouts: To ensure transparency and speed, LocoShop utilizes automated payment routing to split payments. Vendor earnings, minus the platform commission and applicable taxes, are automatically settled to the vendor's registered bank account based on the agreed payout cycle (e.g., T+2 or weekly settlements).
