1. Nature of the Platform

LocoShop operates exclusively as a technology-based marketplace and intermediary. We connect registered buyers with independent local retail stores (Vendors) and independent logistics personnel (Delivery Partners). LocoShop does not manufacture, own, or assume direct liability for the inventory, quality, or safety of the products listed by vendors.

2. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs. Any activity occurring under your verified account is your legal responsibility. LocoShop reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying suspicious activities, including excessive OTP requests or policy violations.

3. Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use

By using LocoShop, you agree NOT to:

• Order, request, or transport any illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.
• Harass, abuse, or use inappropriate language with our vendors, delivery partners, or support staff.
• Attempt to manipulate the platform's pricing, commission structures, or promotional codes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software code associated with LocoShop are the exclusive property of LocoShop. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of our application is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocoShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Any disputes concerning product quality, defects, or misrepresentation must be directed to the specific vendor. LocoShop will act as a mediator to facilitate communication but assumes no legal liability for vendor negligence.
